You can book through the Wadi Helo Laundry app, on our website, or simply by messaging us on WhatsApp or calling. Tell us what needs cleaning and a time that suits you, and we'll collect from your door.
We work on a pay-on-collection basis — you pay when your fresh items are delivered back to you. There's no upfront payment, and for carpets we confirm the exact price before any cleaning starts.
Most laundry and dry cleaning is returned within 24–48 hours. Carpets and rugs usually take 2–4 days depending on size and material. We'll always give you a timeframe when you book.
You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by emailing info@wadihelolaundry.ae with the subject "Delete my data", or by messaging us on WhatsApp from your registered number. See our Privacy Policy for details.
